No! Dont eat raw fruit at 2 weeks out, it's much too fiborous and tough on your new stomach. Eat something mushy, something you can smash with a plastic fork is a good indicator of what you can eat.
It took me about 6 weeks, maybe a bit longer, to feel totally back to normal.

I didn't have a two week liquid diet. I think I would have strangled my surgeon if he had wanted me to do that sort of thing! LOL. His guidance was that if it was soft, and I felt like eating it, then go for it. That meant I had lots of refried beans, oatmeal, soups, etc. It was nice.
Anyway, it took me at least two months to feel like I wasn't going to do something stupid and accidentially break open my suture line and spill my guts literally. I wore my binder every day and it helped me get through that mentally.
It takes time, but by the time you're as far out as I am, you won't even care about these initial first months. It gets better, I promise!
