D - ribs w/dirty rice and a hard cider
S - NutThins
S - maybe a V8 juice later

morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting in a few

none

I did super good today and I am trying to meet 9lb loss by easter as a little mini goal

I actually love my coffee black. So right now i am doing nothing fancy. Just brewing very dark brew in my kurig then mix in my choc protein. thats it lol but once i get tired of it i might try other recipes that have been listed here:)
