Have you tried this with any other kind of cheese or does swiss cheese work especially well?
Banded in March 2006, lost 15 and regained 20 lbs, revision to DS on December 19, 2011. Looking forward to loserland!

Updated: Starting weight 260 lbs, current weight 168 lbs (June 6, 2012)....I love my DS!

I've used cheddar and fresh parm, montery Jack. I personally perfer swiss though.

Taste-wise or consistentcy wise? I'm wondering if I can use cheese as my wrap base for everything! This is a whole new world! THANKS!

I perfer swiss for the taste. Different cheeses work up differently. I find fatty cheese seems to work better and lite cheese not so much, but your mileage may vary. Just play around with it.
I don't think using feta would work well and mozz doesn't seem to get hard enough, but it does get brown nicely and if you don't mind it too soft and a bit stringy then go for it.
