***Thursday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Hi guys,
They brought FOOD in for lunch today and our program manager brought in a bag of about 5 boxes of GS cookies. I ran home and got my usual protein shake but it was all there when I got back and I enjoyed every bite!

That's it...training over and I'm back on the straight and narrow tomorrow.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
L - protein shake (30g)
S - dill pickle spears, potato chips and several Trefoils
D - NC BBQ w/coleslaw (no bread)
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
none

Hi, Sounds like a real temptation!

B - protein coffe (30)
S - protein bar (15)
L - chicken thigh (10)
S - almonds / yogurt raisins (5)
S - popcorn / string cheese (5)
D - planning on eggs & bacon
S - maybe some fage yogurt & fruit

 Yummy... Glad my GS cookies found a home, other than mine..
Im feeling better and had an appetite today!
B-protein coffee, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage
S- left over eggs from breakfast
L- lunch meat with cheese, half cup milk
D- topping from meaty pizza, salad loaded with cheese ham,sunflower seeds,ranch
S- not sure yet

All vits in

Excercites- does packing count?? :)
