iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
1- 15 minute walk

not a good day.  probably all the crap i ate yesterday.  thank goodness for protein powder.

double protein coffee
7 slices turkey bacon
double protein coffee
handful of sunflower seeds
2 slices of gyro meat
double protein coffee

yup, that's it.. you know, if there's no chocolate in my day, something must be terribly wrong.

fluids:  stopped counting at 100 oz ( yay me !!)

 Hi everyone..
Not a good day I seem to have come down with a cold flu like thing.. Right before we move :( 
O well I'm just going to pull up my boot strings and keep on keeping! 
B-protein coffee
L- lasagna non noodle gluten free.. Yummy
S- more from lunch
D-hamburger with melted cheese
P- peanuts

Vits all in
Water-70 plus ounces.
No excercites!

HI Guys,
I have had some kind of stomach flu, weird, felt really unwell yesterday and had no energy and slept on and off all day.
Busy, busy, busy today so thankfully feeling a bit brighter...
As for the food, trying to low carb and get down from 144.8 to 136, not much but enough to make me feel a bit uncomfortable in my jeans!
B - double scoop shake38g
L - mushroom soup with some shredded cheese
S - atkins shake 15g
D - more mushroom soup
S - fage yoghurt 20g

drank alot of liquids today but protein not great as feeling yukky.

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Thanks Gina! :) It is super easy to eat with the DS and I am only 3 months out saying this! lol I know what has lots of carbs, due to all my dieting adventures, so it is easy what to stay away from. Doug and I just are protein eaters anyway :)

I had a small 1 oz piece of bread the other day for the first time (half kids meal burger with one side of bread taken off)...I was giving myself the guilt trip the whole time but realized I was being really mean to myself over 1oz of bread. Isn't it weird how we have these underlying issues with food.

Haven't had any sweet stuff yet but plan on splurging on a low carb piece of chz cake at chz cake factory when I go to my 3 month checkup in SLC.

I need to do bites and vites everyday but its hard to remember to post. I log everything in myfitnesspal but forget to post it here :(
