Sure thing! My family likes it!
2 cups almond meal
2 eggs
3 Tbl spoon olive oil
1/4 tsp baking soda
Then I add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, onion powder, and salt

Pre heat 350
Mix all dry ingredients
Beat egg and oil together, then add to dry ingredients
Make into a ball. I take wax paper 2 pieces roll pretty thin in between both pieces.
Take top sheet off, oil pizza pan flip "dough" on it, remove other sheet.
Bake 15 minutes or so
Remove, add toppings put back in until melted real well
Remove from oven let sit a few mins. Comes off easier!
Enjoy!

I'm glad you posted this!

Obviously this includes a lot of things that are rare treats, however it showes that people CAN eat "normally" in moderation once at goal.  Somedays I read the bites & vites thread and think to myself...if I could eat that well, I wouldn't need surgery!  I wish more people would post on here :)

Thanks!

you are so welcome.  pre-op and newly rearranged, i too would read vites and bites and wonder why ppl even had the surgery.  most of us eat like a bird because of our restricted small tummy size.
it took me almost 2 years to be able to eat "normal" again".  i was so lactose and gluten intolerable.  soon you realize that protein comes first.  the treats are just that............treats.
i could so easily revert back to my horrible, horrible eating habits. i would love to start my day off with a huge pastry and a sugary coffee concoction, but the gas and painful bloating just ain't worth it.
so, i do use the weekends, when i am not around an office full of ppl to indulge a bit.  some days are worse than others.  you know, hormones and all that stuff.   lol

Yep, being home can spell trouble for me too. Back on the straight and narrow tomorrow.
