 Hi, 
I have been so Hungary today.. So I will list everything I have eaten
Scrambled eggs and cheese with sausage 
Bacon cheese burger 1/2 bun
Spagetti and meat balls no noodles 
Homemade chicken wings with mustard sauce (4)
A couple bites of my daughters Cheerios.
1/2 **** cream
Protein coffee
Greek yogurt
Spoonful of peanut butter


Vits- all but night batch
Water- 70+ ounces
Excercites - cleaning plus a walk
