Hello!

Had a little stomach day.  Usually follows or precedes a huge stomach day.

Will have 3 protein drinks (36g)
1/4 of 5oz steak
1/2 of 2 egg omelet
3/4 cup of Julie's mom's stogonoff
a few zucchini ribbons
1 mini Hershey's dark chocolate

vites: will be all in with HS dose

fluids: way in

exercites: unable to, doctoring with bad knee
 My  is Jewels.  Love her very much!

What do you use for your protein coffee? I am addicted to sugar free French vanilla creamer and need to step away...

Protein Coffee

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (Champion Nutrition Chocolate,  Nectar Chocolate, Jay Robb vanilla, etc.)
{shake} until blended
Pour into extra huge mug
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}

Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.
