You MUST have a supportive pcp and be willing to TELL people what you NEED. There are not that many ds surgeons. YOU are responsible for your follow up. YOU. You need to get your lab slips. YOU need to research what is an acceptable range.

There is also a highly renowned DS surgeon in CA who is working towards COE status and is offering a special low rate to virgin DSers that I think is even less than MX.
