something with no caffiene, carbonation, citric acid or artificial sweeteners. also too much plain water makes me nauseous.

Look for different types of tea. Broth is always good to sip on too. Not sure if Crystal Lite type powders sit ok with you, but you can always dilute it with more water. Also try playing with the temperature of the fluids, it might make a big difference.

I just got hooked on the Diet Green Tea and it's soooo good. It has NO carbs, sugars or anything. I simply love it. Something this good has to be bad. Has anyone else been doing the Green Tea???
