D - going out for drinks and dinner before support group

evening batch:

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

D-Homemade veggie beef soup
S- handfull of pretzels (hubby will pay for bringing those home!)

Vits- all but night batch
45 ounces water still working on it
No excercites 

Tomarrow is a new day.. Got to do better!

Here is a list of bites....no structure today!

Omelet with veggies, ham, bacon, sausage & cheese
cheese
nuts
pork rinds
protein bar
protein shake

Supper....plan to have some shredded bbq roast beef and yogurt before bed!
