D - leftovers from lunch

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
cooking and running after grand baby

TANNING:
8 minutes

ham omelet
home fries
1/2 pc toast w/butter & honey
vanilla cupcake

sunflower seeds
home made nachos - heavy on the meat
vodka / cranberry ****tail
3 donut holes
double protein coffee.

looks like i had a carby day indeed,  tomorrow back on schedule. 

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  sucking down another 16oz before bed = total 80 oz

Those little rascals ambushed my DH at the store! He brought home 3 boxes.
