VITES: (Vitalady's DS plan w/tweaks)
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: almost done

EXERCITES:
1  - 15 minute walk and 20 leaning push-ups

The almond meal crust is a good idea. I use it for cheesecake crust too. Also used it in gluten free pumpkin bars. Those were awesome.

the weekend is here...yay, i survived !!! 

double protein coffee
4 sausage links
hard boiled egg
3 slices lebanon bologna
soy nuts
mexi-shrimp w/rice and roasted corn
sunflower seeds
mini pay day candy bar
double protein coffee
vanilla yogurt w/fresh strawberries
five guys for dinner:
bacon cheeseburger w/grilled onions, tomato & mayo (only had 3 bites of bun)
fries
small coke
cashews
2 girl scout thin mint cookies
another protein coffee in a few minutes

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  85oz by bedtime
