EXERCITES:
2  - 15 minute walks and 20 leaning push-ups

chicken enchiladas (mostly just chicken)

planning on another protein coffee

vites:all in 'cept bed time batch
fluids:  a refreshing 96 oz by bedtime

Hi ladies!
Have struggled last couple of days to get all my protein in...

B - Protein shake (30) & banana/peanut butter/lowcarb tort (10)
S - decaf coffe / sm piece of sugar free choc
L - small salad w/ chicken,cheese, bacon & ranch dress (15)
S - pork rinds, fage yogurt w/ fruit (10)
D - plan on eggs & bacon
S - ???
