My 6 month labs are in great  shape, no changes required. Even with my D.S. I must absorb my vitamins and supplements very well. Pre surgery I was super loaded with D, resulting in too high levels necessitating eliminating all D for 4 months to bring the level within high normal range. Now taking 3800 D in daily bariatric multivitimin and AquADEK. All my vits are within normal range. Some of the premixed shakes have added vits- they are contributing to my levels too. I have been following my nutritionist and surgeons guidelines for diet and supplements. All is going super great !!!!  ;-)

My D was slipping this year too - Rabkin's office is having me take an extra D three days a week to start, see how that does in 3 months. If that doesn't start bringing it up, they're going to up it to twice a day.
