morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: done

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

L-chicken breast dipped in ranch
S- tried some Greek yogurt.. Came back up :( 
D- taco salad minus any taco shells Half cup of milk

All vits 
67 ounces water
no excercites

How did you prepare your Greek yogurt or was it pre-mixed? Sorry it didn't work for you. :(

 I bought some to try.. Not sure why I had an issue. Do you mix your own? If so how ? Thanks :)

posting a little late here.  hope everyone is doing good.

double protein coffee
10 sl of turkey bacon (20grams protein woohoo!)
hard boiled egg
no lunch - work crazy busy
pecans on the hour ride home
double protein coffee
dried out pork chop - gave me bad indigestion
double protein coffee (at 2:00 am)

vites:  all in
fluids:  a most fantastic 90 oz

what a day. ................come on Friday !!!!
