I answered your question about my vits on yesterday's notes.. Bur since I'm here now I will post :). So B12 is 250mg sublingual 1x a day, and I'm take 30,000 D3 dry.. My multi has other B vits I take 3 of those..not sure if that counts.. I'm surprised about my niacin because up until about 3 weeks ago I was swimming at least 4x week.. Anyway thanks for the help!

1 cup homemade spaghetti sauce with ground chuck on top of zuchinni
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 oz walnuts
2 pc's hersheys dark chocolate mini's
1 clementine
Even though it took time for me to eat, the amount of spaghetti sauce w/mozzarella cheese was too much, must cut my amounts down.
