morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: almost done 

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

I answered your question about my vits on yesterday's notes.. Bur since I'm here now I will post :). So B12 is 250mg sublingual 1x a day, and I'm take 30,000 D3 dry.. My multi has other B vits I take 3 of those..not sure if that counts.. I'm surprised about my niacin because up until about 3 weeks ago I was swimming at least 4x week.. Anyway thanks for the help!

You might want to increase your D3 to 90-100,000 IUs a day. Your B vites will probably be ok as time goes on--keep an eye on the B's next labs. It would be good to ask for thiamine/B1 next time. Keep up with the exercise to help the good cholesterol.

traveling over an hour every day this week to work at another location.  this usually screws up the normal routine.  i get home, sometimes i find a pocket full f vites i forgot to take. 
well.......... not this time,  i am determined to stay on track.  packed lost of protein goodies.

double protein coffee
pepperoni crisps
hard boiled egg
lebanon bologna slices
olives
another hard boiled egg
soy nuts
1 cookie
double protein coffee
handful of ritz bits crackers
2 hunks of meatloaf
mashed potatoes w/butter
string beans
double protein coffee
sm bowl of rice krispies w/ lactose free milk

vites:  all on schedule
fluids:  a most whopping 90+ oz by bedtime

Hi everyone!

1 protein drink (36g)
2 fried eggs
7 1/2 oz ny strip steak
1 heel of sara lee's 45cal whole wheat bread with sf grape jam
1 cup homemade spaghetti sauce with ground chuck on top of zuchinni
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
few pistachio's
1/2 oz walnuts
2 pc's hersheys dark chocolate mini's
1 clementine

Even though it took time for me to eat, the amount of spaghetti sauce w/mozzarella cheese was too much, must cut my amounts down.

Fluids and vites all in
 My  is Jewels.  Love her very much!

I hear you about portion sizes...I try to make a plate for a 2 year old and that's about right for me. Nice choices in your Bites today.
