No excercites... But tomarrow starts the insanity program:)

3 egg scramble eggs with 1/2 cup cheese
1 whole wheat tortilla
handful of walnuts
protein shake (36g)
3 large chicken thighs
8 oz rare ribeye (over a couple of hours)
1/4 c white beans
1/4 c green beans w/bacon
3 slices canned beets
protein shake (36g)
1 hershey dark chocolate mini
2 clementines

vites: all done

fluids: all done

exercites: did laundry all day, up/down stairs

any kind of dense meat takes me a long time to eat.  Was having a hungry day, now today, not so much!
