 Hi!
B- protein coffee
S-almonds
L-meat and cheese 2 thin mints
D-steak and salad
S- sf pudding

All vits
70 ounces water
No excercites I was dizzy on and off all day.
Finally got all my labs back.. Low D, niacin, and low cholesterol.. Any advice on cholesterol I didn't know there was a such thing as low good cholesterol.. My bad is low also which is good.

Exercise might improve your good cholesterol--that's what a couple of my dietitians say. How much dry D3 and vitamin B's are you taking?

I'm taking 2500 mg of b12 and 30,000 d3.. The other Bs are just what's in my multi I take 3 of those a day. Thanks for the help

B - 1 premier nutrition protien shake (30g)
S - 1 choboni peach yogurt with 1/4 cup love crunch granola and 1 tbls chia seeds (20g)
S -1/2 cup instant potatoes with 1/2 cup pork and beans (8g)
L - 1/2 cup split peas soup (11g)
L - 1premier nutrition protein shake (30g)
D - 1 Lean Cusine Apple Cranberry Chicken (14g)
S - 5 girl scout lemon cookies, 4 de luche cookies, 2 do si does, 1 peanut butter cup
S - 1 premier nutrition protein shake (30g)
