Major Mom Vitamin ? or anyone

Hi Gina,

I am getting my order ready to place with Vitalady and I have a question you might be able to answer.

I usually take the Complex Tender B-50 and I also take a biotin.  I was looking at VL website and seen the Superior Source B Complex w/Folic Acid & Biotin Sublingual .  Would it be worth it to do that instead of the B-50 and the biotin seperate, since the Biotin is in with this one? 

Even 2 years out and I am still not sure on these things.  LOL

I don't think you would like the taste of your B vites in a sublingual. They taste as nasty as they smell unless they're full of sweeteners and crazy flavorings.

I will just stick with what I have been doing.  SO far so good.

I got onto VL website and got to looking around I guess I started second guessing what I was doing.  LOL
