I got my labs back.. There seems to be a problem though.. I'm pretty sure I did not get the tests I asked for.. I have a few call in.. But some I could recognize were in range according to vita ladys list..
Major Mom.. Once I get it figured out I will be asking for some help if the offer still stands!

 Thanks!! Usually 100 or more grams of protein.. I did forget to add a protein coffee on the list. But I will have to count again and make sure.. When I'm excercising I try to eat a lot more.. From the looks of my do you think maybe I'm not getting enough?

I think if you add the protein coffee you're probably fine.

Hickory meet salad for the rest of the day

Tea 
Hot chocolate.

I know this is not a lot to most people but it is tons for me.  I am getting better everyday

Just keep doing what you're doing and concentrate on the protein the best you can. You have made such great improvement and overcome so much.

Where do you find the carb smart Ice cream because I miss ice cream and the no sugar added give me gas that will clear a foot ball field.
