happy happy friday!  dinner with friends..........such a nice ending to a sucky week.

hard boiled egg
9 slices turkey bacon
1 pc of pizza
deli ham
pickles
double protein coffee
longhorn steak house for dinner:
lobster/shrimp dip w/chips
steak
baked sweet potato
1 bottle smirnoff ice (that went down too easy - yikes!)

sm sliver of apple pie

fluids:  don't know if i hit 64 oz today.

I usually pack lunches when I'm working, yes, those school lunches are killers!

2 baked chicken legs

Beef Roast approx 6oz
1/2 c fresh wilted spinach
3 slices beets (non-pickled)
2 clementines
1 small mini hershey dark chocolate

Fluids: 120oz's

Exercites: Walking hallways at school....no stairs
