I haven't been so good today.  Got to get back into newbie mode!

1 1/2 scoops protein drink (36g)
2 oz beef jerky
spaghetti sauce w/o noodles
2 slices garlic toast
1/2 cup sliced canned peaches
1/2 cup green beans
24g protein drink
3 squares of supreme pizza w/x-tra cheese on thin crust
1 1/2 scoops protein drink (36g)
1 mini dark chocolate Hershey's

Vites: (Vitalady's DS plan w extra's
all in

Fluids: 120 oz's

Exercites:
Only walking the halls of the school where I sub teach with some stairs
 My  is Jewels.  Love her very much!
