going to assume you where either not too hungry today, or super busy at work. noticed you didn't eat much.

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
1/4 of a ham steak
soy nuts
turkey/swiss/may/tomato on rye bread -ate about 1 slice of bread
potato chips
1 butter cookie from the bakery
double protein coffee
sunflower seeds
made some sort of breakfast casserole for dinner:
hash browns/sausage/cottage cheese/eggs/cheddar cheese
broccoli
1/2 english muffin w/ tons of butter
double protein coffee

vites: all in
fluids:  a refreshing 88 oz again today.  go me !!!!

 Hi...
I got way off my routine due to blood draw and dentist..
B- none
S-protein coffee
L-meat and cheese wraps
D- not Hungary my mouth hurts probably a protein shake

Vits- missed noon batch
Water 50 ounces 
No excercites ..
Looking forward to a new day in the morning!

I feel so stupid for asking, but what the heck is protein coffee??

Protein Coffee or Chai Tea

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or Lactaid milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS MultiPro Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (Champion Nutrition Chocolate, Nectar Chocolate, etc.)
{shake} until blended
Pour into large (huge) mug
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}

Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.

Drank 58oz of light G2 Gatorade

I need to start adding protein shakes to kick me over that 100.

I am still not on vits yet (can’t take with antibiotics), will start slowly into them this week.

Welcome!  Interesting about not taking Vites with antibiotics...hadn't heard that one until just recently.

Your Bites look awesome but do start protein powder shopping. Little or no effort for something your body will use. :)
