***Tuesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

This is gonna be incomplete, but it's a start.  I'm trying to get back in the swing of things after my hiatus (yeah, right).

B - Turkey, egg, cheese sandwich on whole wheat toast.
S - Sipped on hot chocolate with benefiber all morning.
L - Turkey/Salami rolls with swiss cheese and cucumber slices with ranch dressing.
S - Ranch Bugles (bad, I know, gave me wonderful gas by the time I got home).
D - Bowl of chicken with lima beans and lentils over a serving of ramen noodles.
S - a few fudge/graham cookies.

Water - @100oz
All vites, but just over 1/2 my calcium dosage.  (Will discuss in a separate post).
No exercites beyond the walking I did at work.  Getting ready to transition to a new job next week, so things have been a bit crazy.
