Hi, had a good protein day!

B - crustless quiche & protein coffee (40)
S - string cheese / almonds (10)
L - fried chicken thigh (10)
S - 1/2 protein bar (5) more almonds (5)
D - planning on leftover fajitas (filing only) & refried beans
S - planning on fage yogurt w/ fruit & granola

All vits every day & all water

9 slices turkey bacon
soy nuts
2 slice lebanon bologna
chinese takeout for lunch:
spicy shrimp & chicken
few forkfuls of fried rice
steamed pork dumpling
rice krispie treat
double protein coffee
bbq pork chop
few oven fries
peas
double protein coffee

vits: all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids: a most healthy 88oz
