Life in the bathroom

Blank Out

I am 21 months out, and things have really changed over time.  The first 6 months, I had no idea what to expect, as far as my poop schedule.  Since around the 7th month, I have gone pretty faithfully twice in the am, before I shower.  Then, I am done for the day.  I trend towards constiptation, so Miralax daily is on my schedule.  I think it's because of all the iron and calcium we take.  I am very moderate with my carbs, and have no issues.  If I over do the carbs, I will pay with extra potty trips and gas.

I'm giving myself time to learn about my bathroom routine. The first year, is an adjusting period, heck I'm sti but  adjusting and learning.  Your bathroom experience all depends on your consumption.  If I stop eating by 9 at nightn, I normally have 2 bowl movemets in the morning and I'm fine. Going to the bathroom is fine, its very relieving.   My concern always is the ordor. So live with 'just a drop'...I carry it where I go in my bra.  I also carry ozium air sanitzer outdoor or country fresh where ever I go.

It's not the fat you need to worry about, it's the simple carbs. I'm a slave to the toilet on days where I eat a ton of carbs. If I keep it to high protein, high fat, I only go poo a few times in a day and they are more solid too.
