Hey All
It's been a moment, I have had computer issues and been caring for my new bundle of joy THANK GOD for the DS bc b4 DS I was looking to adopt. I am creating a new support Group here in GA and yes I want to open the group to all but I would love to have 2 major focuses 1) DS lifestyle and 2) Pregnancy after wls. So if anyone is interested please contact me. Also, the support group will have a group page on OH for those not here in GA and I just want to make sure that I have specified that I am a certified OH support group leader so no one to think I am advertising for personal or other reasons.
Now back to my personal journey, I had my 2 year surgiversary on Jan. 4th and I have lost over 180 lbs. I had to up my carbs when I was pregnant and I have gotten a little carried away so I need to get back on track and I am so glad that my I got a new PC so I can get back involved with the boards on OH, I really missed the support and helpful information I received. So, tomorrow I will jump start with a 2 week liquid diet and crawl b4 I walk to get back in the swing of things. I would love to reach my Goal weight of 180 lbs by the time my son is a year old. So I see you guys are still doing the accountability post vites and bites I am so gonna need to pay extra attention to those post. The DS has changed my life, I am not gonna say that other WLS are not good BUT they were not good for me. So I want to thank the DS board for pointing me in the right direction to educate myself on the BEST surgery for me. I LOVE MY DS!!! (Stinky gas and all, but I know it's from my carbs...lol)

a huge congrats on loosing 180#s. ain't life just wonderful now? such a precious gift to have a little one to love you and know you will be able to keep up with them in the months and years to come.

GREAT!!! Well it looks like we will have like 4 people thus far and that is a great number to start as I would prefer a smaller more intimate group where we can effectively hold each others hands as of right now I need it..lol... Where are u located?
