VITES: (Vitalady's DS plan w/tweaks)
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: skipped
evening batch: almost done

 Hi!!
B- scrambled eggs and sausage 1/2 slice rye bread(out of Julian bread:()
S- protein coffee cheese and lunch meat 
L-meatballs will mozzarella melted on it..
S-pop corn - couple more bites of meatball 
D- tuna salad steamed spinach 
All vits except night batch
Water- 72 ounces so far
NO excercites !

Side note today marks 9 months since my DS!!  182 pounds whoo hooo!!  I'm going to shoot for 32 more pounds!

 Thanks:) I really like the cinnamon and raisin the best.. I like it toasted with eggs or cheese. The sourdough would be my second choice.. The texture I think is why I only eat it toasted.. Unfortunately I have to drive an hour to buy it :(

i have given up on trying to eat greek yogurt.  i love regular yogurt, sour cream, etc.. i just can't  do greek yogurt.  even the sugary flavored ones are icky. 

double protein coffee
mushroom omelet
few hash browns
1/2 ww deli thin toasted w/butter
7-8 little smokies (fried up)
double protein coffee
1/4 c of tuna salad w/hard boiled egg
meatballs
few cheesy fries w/bacon
double protein coffee
2 pcs of chocolate from my valentines stash

vites:  missed early evening batch ....yikes!
fluids:  a most moderate 70 oz

I guess Greek yogurt is a YMMV thing. I used to buy the largest plain yogurts I could find and blend my own. Works better since you control the amount and type of sweetener.

.......so are you saying you mix plain yogurt with greek yogurt? hmmmm, that might be worth investigating.  greek yogurt has so many wonderful benefits, i really want to like it.

What I was doing was just plan Dannon but blending the plan Greek with Dannon plan, sweetening with Splenda and adding a few berries might work too.
