At 400+ lbs I wore a size 54/56E. Now at 155-160 I'm in a 36. But 36 what??? Extra, extra long?? No matter what size cup I get, I have major overhang. Those of you who have lost a massive amount of weight please help.

it makes a big difference when you get a proper fit, go to a local bra fitting, places that fit for breast cancer are the best, they will put you in a bra that fits you perfectly

You'll definitely want some professional assistance here.  I highly recommend padded cups that (a) hide those cold spells and (b) create a shape much better than your natural one - you just pour yourself into it.
