I use Culturelle.. works well for me.. YMMV ( your mileage may vary) Are you having specific problems ?

Just smelly gas, and poo. I also have the big D alot. Thinking this will help hopefully. I tried to take flagal but it kills my stomach.

I get great benefit simply from eating yogurt and/or drinking kefir daily. I definitely notice a difference when it's been a few days since I had any.
