Hi there.. Wheeewwy glad to be back!! Long 3 weeks!!

S- left over steak and asparagus.. 1 cookie
D-meet balls and spinach

Vits- night batch left for later

H20- 107.8 ounces( my bladder is not happy)

 My meals are a little of today because I had no groceries in the house for most of the day.

Breakfast - 6 pieces mini cheese
Lunch - tuna salad, cheese and 6 crackers
Snack - 3 chicken nuggets, small piece of chocolate chip cake
Dinner - Steak, Cheddar cheese, celeri and cherry tomatoes
Snack - 2 strawberries, tablespoon of peanut butter, serving of almonds


Protein - 146
Net Carbs - 57
Fat - 127

 I know this has been asked before, but with the dinner I have planned I will hit over 170 protein for the day.  Is this too much?
