Sorry to be a board hog, but concerning vitamins ...

Can anyone give me an estimate of how much they spent/spend on post operative vitamins and supplements?

I use Vitalady for the majority of my vitamins as I know what I'm getting meets my needs and comes in the quantities I need.  I also like the convenience of one-stop shopping.  When I order I usually place a three month order so I don't pay shipping.  The cost is approximately $100/month.

 I get some of my vitamins from Vitalady because you can take larger doses in one pill. The larger doses are harder to find in regular stores. I get my multi, calcium, and a couple other things online or at Walmart. My vitamins cost about $50 per month. I more than save that amount on groceries though.    

This topic was covered on this or another board. I recall that for the vast majority of people, the cost of the vitamins is offset by groceries and lower prescription drug costs.

Mine run $50.00 a month from Vitalady. Her vites keep my labs where they should be.
