B - large piece sausage, cheese and bell pepper breakfast casserole, 2 coffees with HC (25g)
S - 2 scoop protein coffee with HC - (38g protein)
L - Turkey chipotle spinach pannini wrap and a large green hot tea (I would guess around 20g)
S - pork rinds and some buffalo blue cheese chicken dip I made at the weekend for company ( added a ton of extra blue cheese crumbles - for the protein factor of course lol) (guesstimate of 15g protein)
D - pulled pork with a ton of braised bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, brussel sprouts cooked with bacon and onion and fried up in butter. (45g protein)
S - fage yoghurt with some sf cherry preserve stirred in (20g), cup decaf green tea with a iny squirt of Mio water enhancing liquid added (sweetens it up and makes it taste kinda tropical )
152g protein or there abouts today!!
I was down another pound this morning too Gina!! now 143!! I love the way my DS works when I work IT!! Thats 5lbs in about 11 days!! Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have a great Valentines everyone!! My Valentines gift was a years membership to Gold's Gym and he's paying my monthly fee as I am on a strict budget but he knew it was a goal of mine o work out more consistently in 2012 - Isn't that sweet!!!! So I am excited to be starting spinning, kick boxing and body pump classes. I am saving up to have my brachio done in Late October 2012 and want to be in the best shape possible beforehand!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
