i agree. it was a grazin' kinda day. some really stinky choices on my end.  and i mean the room is really stinky....................   way too many carbs {sigh}

protein coffee
oatmeal w/blueberries
cashews
leftover roast beef w/mayo & hot peppers
chocolate cookie
cheez doodles
double protein coffee
flounder
few cheese fries w/bacon
bbq chips
fixin' another coffee in a few minutes

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  a comfortable 72 oz by bedtime

I am trying to decarb this weekend.
B = 2 0% yogurt
Tea
L = 1/4 chicken leg
Tea
S = yogurt
Tea
D= 1/8 chicken leg section
6 ribs
yogurt
tea
S= protein shake
tea

Protein was great - 134 g
That was way more total carbs than I wanted at 37 gross
I am even more concerned at the calories - 1153

I have been doing great with vitamins.
Did a lot of snow shoveling today, will do the gym tomorrow

Was that net carbs or total carbs? That's still very very good, IMO. Keep up the good work.

What type of protein drinks do you guys drink? I am having a hard time getting in all my protein and haven't found a drink I could drink several times a day.

I use IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon w/coffee on top and I mix regular shakes with Syntrax Nectar chocolate truffle. I get little or no protein taste coming through. Early out I mixed them with Lactaid milk but now I use 1/2 & 1/2.

B- 1 1/2 pcs of Sausage Links
S-Protein Shake
L-Tomato Gravy and Rice (Yea, no protein, but my mama made it, and I LOVE that stuff!!)
s-eggs, grits, 2x's cheese, and bacon (yea, more like a meal, I was driving home)
D- small bowl of salad from subway with "cold cut" meats in it and of course cheese

2 hrs of shopping
