DS Surgeon in the Tampa Florida area?

Can anyone recommend a DS surgeon in the Tampa Florida area?

I live about 35 mins north of Tampa Florida...

I don't believe there are any good (read that trusted) DS surgeons in FL. See the list on www.dsfacts.com Most of us had to travel to get our DSs.

Sorry, but there are non. The closest is in Marietta (Atlanta) GA. Dr. Smith. There are a couple that say they do it, but I wouldn't let my cat be operated on by them.

Edit: I live about 35 miles south of Tampa

There's lots of good info about Dr. Smith on the internet. Check out my signature for some ideas of where to go.

Got a lap band in 2008. Tried hard, but didn't lose much weight & developed swallowing problems. Fought my insurance company for almost a year & finally had a band to DS revision on 5/11/12. Have now lost 125 pounds. Yay!
