Hi! Haven't done this before! But thought I'd give it a try!

B - Protein coffee (25g) & Bacon (10)
S - Nuts & cheese(10)
L - Cheese & Pepperoni stick (10)
S - Hot milk drink (10)
D - Eggs w/ cheese (15)
S - plan on fage yogurt w/ fruit & granola (10)

I seem to eat a lot of cheese....
All vits and water in!
