S - wings, BLT bites, shrimp ****tail and a martini made with Irish cream, vodka, whiskey and espresso

L-11/2 scoop egg protein shake with water and cream, stevia and dark coco powder
S-cup of homemade veg. beef soup 2 saltine crackers
S-beef hot-dog onions & mustard on plate
D-1 cup veg beef soup/2 crackers
S-dec. caf. hot green tea-cream-stevia-chia seeds
S-2 hot dogs on plate mustard and onions
S-1/2 apple 2oz peanut butter
S-3oz walnuts
