Go to Vegas, gamble, eat, and have lots of dirty sex with your spouse in a five star resort on the strip. That's how I roll.

Honestly, by several years out, it's just a date..... I usually remember about 2 or 3 weeks past the date, that it was my surg-iversary.   That's why I rarely have a wrap up post....   To me, it's a great memory, but just another date.    Mary C

I treated myself to lunch and bought a few clothes. What ever you choose to do just take time out and reflect on where you use to be and where you are on that day.

On my anniversaries, I've reflected on old pictures of myself and how far I've come.  I've also sent Thank You cards to my surgeon.
