Bites
B-Sausage, Egg & Cheese (inside of a biscuit)
S-Shrimp & ****tail sauce (18 g protein)
3 string cheese
L-Salad with Chicken strips (picked out all the chicken mostly)
S-protein Shake
Dinner-Chicken strips (grilled)----scratch this---
D-Cheerios I know chicken would be better, but I'm too tired to chew. So it won't be much!

Vites: All done!

Exercits: about 1 hr of Brazillian butt lift!

such a busy day, i forgot to eat.

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
9 slices turkey bacon
cashews
chix breast w/roasted red peppers & melted provolone
double protein coffee = for dinner

vites: all in
fluids:  a measly 64 oz.  (sheesh)

Busy is a good thing but we gotta figure this out. I was in an all day meeting away from my office too. Luckily all the guys I was with must eat lunch at the deli on post...the diet plate was 3 scoops of proteiny salads. Whew! That was close.
