Hello Angel Gina,

 I thought I would jump in and say hello and check in. Life has been crazy, I have been crazy busy and truth be told eating really badly. It has been HARD to get back on track. Today was a much better day but still not where I should be. That being said, let me write down what i did have today and connect. Hugs! I was in Georgia last week and going to Nashville this Wednesday till Sunday. Go, go, go!

Wasn't feeling too good on Monday so food wasn't that great.
