Weekends are really really bad for me, as far as food goes.

hope everyone had a nice weekend.

double protein coffee
fried egg
1 slice rye toast
7-8 sl bacon
double protein coffee
2 hershey's kisses
ruby tuesday's for an early dinner
queso & chips
crab cake
few bites of baked potato
1/2 cinnamon bun
about to fix another protein coffee

vites: finally back on schedule after blood work yesterday.  yay!!
fluids:  a most comfortable 80oz.

its easier for me to eat well on the weekend - I pre-cook meals for the whole week.

Thursday and Friday are when I get into trouble.

 Hello,
Been a busy last 5 days but have stayed on track!
B-protein coffee
L-left over tender loin and bok choy
D- ribeye and grilled veggies
Snack- dark choc almonds.  I caught my wired haired terrier with his head in the bag... He better watch it!! ;)
All vits in
Water-58 ounces
30 mins on the recumbent bike.. 
Hope everyone has a great week.  I'm off to Dallas for a week!!
