bra issues

Ladies, after you've lost a HUGE amount of weight (250 for me) and can't afford plastic surgery, what to do about all the overhang from your bra? I've gone from a 54DD down to a 34, but can't find a cup that keeps it all in.

I don't really have an answer either other than to tell you to try to find an Intimacy store. They are THE best place to purchase undergarments. They have a lot of choices for women who need special sizes so you may find a 34 but with a large enough cup. They will also alter any bras you purchase from them to you find the best fit.

I've gone from a 44DD to a 36DD. When I was larger an underwire was the most uncomfortable thing EVER! Now that I'm down 140lbs it's my new best friend. The two things that I have to look for are underwire and full coverage (to tuck stuff away). I can still wear cute bras they just have to be full coverage. I was super suprised when one of the best ones I have came from target. I was so used to spending $30+ for bras that I didn't really think that a $17 one could do the trick. It did!!!

 Full Coverage
Molded (padded) cups - so you don't have to worry about what shape you really are.  You just pour yourself in and they make the shape for you.

it also helps to get measured, they say alot of people wear the wrong bra size, i also buy padded bras and like the other posters say, just pour myself in! (46dd to 36dd!), if there is overhang, you may be wearing the wrong size, get measured so you have the right cup and over all size.

I finally got fitted!  49 years old and finally got fitted at VS!  Val is so right on with buying padded bras.  I never thought I'd buy one but after the DS all I can do with my poor shriveled up bewbies is POUR them in!  The padding keeps everything looking smooth and just as it should look!  LOL   Shhhhhh no one needs to know we are now padding our bras!

Lol I agree with the others that have posted, I got my bra at JC Penny, had to get fitted for it. (down from 38DDD to a 34D) I have been pouring myself in as well, but have also started working out my chest a little and it seems to help some.  However, they'll never go back to the way they were... which is fine because I don't wanna go back either ;-) I can't do full padding like from VS, but something that retains its cup shape works for me! Good luck.
