I have been looking at the past bites as suggested by another.  It appears you stick with primarily protein and the carbs you take in is what happens to be in the meal.  When did you start eating after your DS.  I assume it will be awhile.  Liquids at first.  I did pick up a few protein samples for my trip to Mexico.  I figure with a bottle of water I will be safe.  Thanks for all your help.  Donna

We were on clears liquids and jello for the 1st 5 days, full liquids for the next 5 after that, pureed foods the next 5 (which for me was just pudding and regular cream of mushroom soup and protein shakes), then soft foods gradually adding more regular foods but only one new thing a day to see how things go.
