Excellent Bites. Love a good omelet.  I'm saving room for steak tomorrow night but there's no way I can eat $30 or $40 worth...one of those Brazilian grills.

 Those places are so good... However that is where I learned my lesson about over eating!! But I can tell you.... I would go again for sure! I love the bacon wrapped fillet mignon!!

 Hi everyone,
Been a busy few days , but I'm back!!
B- egg and piece of ham

Moved cows.. Figure that counts!!
Now for bed to do it all over again in the morning!! 

Gotta go get my blood drawn.. Kinda looking forward to the results..

I think that's the first "moving cows" Exercites I've seen. Good for you! Stay hydrated.
