8 cheese crisps with cream cheese

Half bag of pork rinds, 5 pieces cheese
Double protein shake
5 ounces bbq pork loin, 1 cup salad, half cup mac and cheese
2 carb smart ice cream bars
Quarter cup mac and cheese
8 cheese crisps
Carb smart ice cream bar

major water
