3 - 15 minute walks and 100 leaning push-ups. Arms hurt.

B - triple protein shake
B2 - low carb yogurt, 4 slices bacon, 1 piece moroccan spice cheese
S - 2 pieces cheese
S - couple mini candy bars from the Christmas stockings - boy will I be glad when they are gone
L - 8 cheese crisps with half a tub of cream cheese on them
S - 12 more cheese crisps plain
S - double protein shake
D - baked tilapia taco on a low carb tortilla with romaine, cheese, bacon bits and ranch dressing
S - carb smart ice cream bar
S - piece of cheese
Vits - 4 doses in, will take an extra dose of copper, calcium and magnesium tonight too
Excites - 15 minute walk/mile and 30 minutes on resistance bike
Fluids - love my water!!!

Your Bites don't look too bad. lol I think I would trash the Christmas candy though. Buy some nice dark chocolate to keep up in the cabinet for cravings.
