Looks like some snow shoveling before work in morning at this rate!!

You did great today! We had a good time last night. We went to a new Chinese buffet and they did an awesome job for the New Year.  Excellent sea food.

Boring day for me

B1 triple protein shake
B 2 carb smart yogurt
baby bel
S - 4 slices bacon, 1 ounce moroccan spice cheese
L - 1 slice bacon, 2 ounce moroccan spice cheese
Double protein shake
D - pot roast, mashed cauliflower, carrots, romaine salad with cheese, bacon and ranch
S - carb smart ice cream bar

Vites - 4 doses in with iron left to go

E - running around the office unpacking again

hi everyone

double protein coffee
4 slices lebanon bologna
chinese take out for lunch:
kung pao shrimp
few bites of rice
egg drop soup
4 sugar babies
double protein coffee
gluten free new england clam chowder (tried  to dig around the potatoes)
1/2 ham/swiss cheese toasted samich on rye
1 hershey mini (yes - just 1)
double protein coffee

vites: somehow i missed my late afternoon batch. grrrrrr
fluids:  a most excellent 80+ oz

i was so surprised too.  it is Progresso soup.  both the clam chowder and the chicken corn chowder are gf.  they have this printed on the label.  that is what caught my eye.
the taste is decent. (needs a sprinkle of black pepper)  could use more clams and less potatoes.  even though they say not to add water, i did, but just a little.  i don't care for soup that is overly thick.
 not bad overall

9 month checkup on Monday.

Lost 170 lbs.  Can't wait to see lab results.
