double protein coffee
bunch of cheese
another single protein coffee
a bunch more cheeses (4 babybels and some montery jack)
beef medallion with two shrimp, bok choy and asparagus.(I have another beef medallion and 4 more shrimp to go later)
turtle cheesecake (couldn't resist)

lots to drink today but will do a couple more bottles of water tonight

lots of walking around the casino donating money

Probably won't do spinach, bok choy and asparagus all the same day again soon. 

Oh my I have been hanging out in the bathroom.

didn't get my labs done.  dang 3" of snow and freezing rain on top. didn't want to slip and slide to the lab for my blood work.  oh well, there's always next saturday.

2 cheesy scrambled eggs w/ cut up sausage patties
10 slices of bacon pile high on a half ww deli flat toasted  w/ mayo
1/2 cinnamon bun (eaten over the whole day)
double protein coffee
cashews
home made italian meatballs (2-  bigger than a ping pong ball - yummy!)
gluten free pasta w/sauce
double protein coffee

vites:  got all caught up by bedtime - yay!
fluids: a comfortable 75+ oz

Your bites always sound so good. I'll share some nicer weather...it's 61' sunny and windy here. Wish we'd get a little snow, though.
