D - roast beef with taters, onion, carrots, celery and mushrooms

B- scrambled eggs
Protein coffee
Tuna salad
Beef chili and beans
Late lunch- brok's pizza -- never had it ...loved it
Popcorn/ 5 chocolate covered raisins -- not sure why I want chocolate lately .. Never used to like pre-op.. Kinda weird
D- probably just a snack .. I ate a bunch today.. But usually this leads to
Weightloss when I get this hungery.
Vits all but night batch
Water 63 ounces so far
Excercites - more snow shoveling and wood hauling

Get some regular dark chocolate and keep it on hand but out of sight. Dark chocolate is lower in carbs than milk chocolate. Have a little when you have a craving. :)
